Part-time customer service representative position open at our Mill Bay facility. Approximately 16 hours per week. Candidates must have customer service experience and be competent with Microsoft office programs such as excel and word. You will be a frontline representative responsible for administration and sales. The winning candidate will have the following skill set.
-Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal with difficult situations while maintaining performance
-Clear and effective communication skills through email, phone and face to face interactions
-Displays initiative and the willingness to work as a team
-Proficient computer skills – MS Office, Internet and database
